About Us

Nick + Lindy

Since our first date on a bike ride, we have shared our mutual passion for cycling and good eating over countless miles and hundreds of deliciously prepared meals.  This gave us an idea to put our love of food and biking together into something special.  Last summer we were fortunate enough to successfully fund our Kickstarter project to create a bicycle touring cookbook based on our bike touring adventure from British Columbia to San Francisco. 

We created our cookbook to serve as a valuable traveling companion and inspiration to cooking delicious meals that are as inspired as the adventure itself.
