Now begins Nick and Lindy's tour de food, frivolity, and bike riding. This year we're taking these pleasures more seriously. We'll be cooking, cycling, and merry-making on a mission.

Our goal: a 1500-mile bike tour in June that will take us from Seattle to BC and back down the Pacific coastline to our fair San Francisco. Along the way, we'll be camping, foraging, cooking, meeting amazing people, seeing beautiful sights, and sharing it all here in photos and words. In the end, we'll bring it all together in a delightful cookbook full of tales from our journey and favorite recipes developed along the way.

We're full of energy and excitement for this project and look forward to bringing friends together for good times and good food along the way.
